Manchester, VT-Paul G. Stefanovich, Jr., 58, of Manchester, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, August 12, 2017 at his residence.

Paul was born in Cambridge on April 15, 1959 and was the son of Paul G Stefanovich, Sr. and Sharlene Ann Ferguson Stefanovich of Cambridge.  He was a graduate of Cambridge Central School and received an associate’s degree in Construction Technology from Hudson Valley Community College in Troy.

Paul worked for various companies in many capacities and he last worked at Manchester Power House. 

He loved the outdoors, being in the woods.  Paul enjoyed landscaping, building stone walls and being with his close friends.  He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion.

Paul was predeceased by his grandparents, John and Agnes Stefanovich, Walter and Mable Ferguson; his uncle, John Stefanovich.

Paul is survived by his parents, Paul and Sharlene Stefanovich; his twin brother, George (Nancy) Stefanovich of Cambridge; a nephew, Riley Stefanovich of Cambridge and his faithful canine companion, Rocky.

Calling hours will be Friday, August 18, 2017 from 4-6 pm at the Ackley, Ross & Gariepy Funeral Home, 73 West Main St., Cambridge.  Following the calling hours, everyone is welcome to join the family at the Captain Maxson Post 634 American Legion, 2106 State Route 22 in Cambridge to celebrate Paul’s life.

Interment will be at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Cambridge at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sons of the American Legion, C/O Captain Maxson Post 634 American Legion, 2106 State Route 22, Cambridge, NY  12816.
